Thanks to being made of aluminum, which is an excellent thermal conductor, it heats up quickly, and the heat is evenly distributed both on the bottom and on the walls of the pot. The surface of the pot is covered with our innovative Lotan® coating with non-stick properties. It prevents liquids from sticking to the surface, protects against burning and makes cleaning much easier: just wipe the pot with a piece of paper towel or wash it in a small amount of water and detergent.

This pot can be used also in the oven.
