Gingerbread houses are the cutest Christmas tradition dating back centuries, but they can take an age to make and master, so we set out to source the best Gingerbread House Mould and finally found the perfect fit. Made of high-quality, 100% food-safe silicone, it moulds, bakes and unmoulds your walls, roof, chimney and decorations perfectly, every time.
Our Thermomix Recipe Development team recommends doubling the Gingerbread recipe that’s included with your Gingerbread House Mould. This will give you plenty for the house and decorations, plus a bit extra in case little fingers snack on it!
As soon as your bake’s cooled, fix it together with royal icing using your Thermomix piping bag and you’re ready to decorate. Keep it simple with a light dusting of icing sugar or add more snow and your own creative touches with your icing piping bag and food colourings.
