Hints and Tips
- Serve with flower ice cubes: place edible flowers in two ice cube trays and fill with water. Freeze completely.
- For a non-alcoholic version replace vodka with sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 250 g sugar
- 3 limes, halved
- 60 g fresh root ginger, cut in small pieces
- 1000 g sparkling mineral water, chilled
- 200 g vodka
- 250 g grapefruit juice
- 150 g ice cubes
- 1 grapefruit, cut in wedges

Instructions
- Place sugar, limes, ginger and 300 g sparkling water in mixing bowl. Hold measuring cup in place and crush 4 sec/speed 8.
- Add remaining 700 g sparkling water. Insert simmering basket, hold it in place with spatula and strain lemonade into a large punch bowl or a jug. Add vodka, grapefruit juice and ice cubes, then serve immediately garnished with grapefruit wedges.
