A fine sieve & large jug
Ingredients
- 300 g hazelnuts
- 1000 g water, plus extra for soaking
- 300 g Valor 70% Dark Chocolate
- 50 g agave syrup
- 50 - 100 g mini marshmallows, to taste
Preparation
- Place a bowl on mixing bowl lid then weigh in hazelnuts. Add enough water to cover and soak for at least 1 hour. After this time, strain through simmering basket.
- Place soaked hazelnuts and 1000 g water in mixing bowl then blend 2 min/speed 10. Strain through a fine sieve or nut milk bag into a large jug.
- Place chocolate, agave and hazelnut milk in mixing bowl then heat 6 min/90°C/speed 1.
- Pour into mugs and serve warm, topped with mini marshmallows.
