Hints & Tips
- To prepare jar: place 17.5 oz water into mixing bowl. Place jar and lid upside down in the center of the Varoma and steam 20 min/Varoma/speed 1. Leave to drain - do not dry or touch the inside surfaces.
- Alternatively, thoroughly wash jar and lid in hot, soapy water. Rinse by pouring over with boiling water.
- Prepare for filling, if needed, by placing on a clean tea towel in a roasting pan and heating in the oven at 212˚F until required.

Ingredients
- 2 green onions, in pieces (1 in.)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 4 oz English cucumber, in pieces (1 in.)
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt, to taste
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place green onions and mint into mixing bowl, insert measuring cup and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add cucumber, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin and chop 2 sec/speed 4. Add yogurt and stir through with spatula. Transfer dressing to a sterilized jar with airtight lid (see Tip), seal and store in refrigerator. Use as desired and consume within one week.
