Ingredients
- 140 g shredded wheat cereal, (approx. 6 large shredded wheat)
- 250 g milk chocolate, small pieces or callets
- 30 g unsalted butter, soft
- 2 Tbsp golden syrup
- 100 g mini chocolate eggs

Instructions
- Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper cupcake cases.
- Place shredded wheat in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
- Place chocolate in mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add butter and golden syrup then melt 4 min/50°C.
- Add melted chocolate to bowl with shredded wheat and stir with spatula until combined. Divide mixture between paper cases.
- Use a teaspoon to create a well in the middle of each nest, then add 2-3 mini chocolate eggs to each. Place in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until needed.
