Hints and Tips
- Make angel food cake and whipped cream before starting Trifle or buy pre-made.
- Make the angel food cake from recipe in Taste of Home Thermomix® recipe collection. Store in an airtight container until needed. Angel food cake can be made and frozen then defrosted to room temperature before using.
- Make whipped cream from recipe in Basic Cookbook. Store whipped cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator until needed.
- Examples of mixed berries: strawberries (hulled and sliced), raspberries, blueberries, blackberries.
- Mixed berries can be replaced with canned or fresh peaches or pears.
Ingredients
White Chocolate Pudding
- 5 ½ oz white chocolate, in pieces or 5 ½ oz white chocolate chips
- 18 oz milk
- 3 ½ oz sugar
- 1 oz corn starch
- 2 large eggs
Trifle
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz whipped cream, store-bought or 4 oz whipped cream, homemade (see Tip)
Assembly
- 26 oz angel food cake, store-bought, cubed (¾ in.), (approx. 2 x 13 oz ea.), divided or 26 oz angel food cake, homemade, cubed (¾ in.), (see Tip), divided
- 30 - 40 oz fresh mixed berries (see Tip), plus extra to garnish, divided
- 12 oz whipped cream, store-bought, divided or 12 oz whipped cream, homemade, divided

Instructions
White Chocolate Pudding
- Place white chocolate into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 10.
- Add milk, sugar, corn starch and eggs and cook 12 min/195°F/speed 3. Transfer to a bowl, set aside and allow to cool before making the Trifle.
Trifle
- Place cream cheese, yogurt, whipped cream and reserved White Chocolate Pudding into mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
Assembly
- Place ½ of the cake cubes into the base of a trifle dish. Layer ½ the trifle mixture over the cake followed by ⅓ of the berries, and then ⅓ of the whipped cream. Repeat layers, finishing with remaining ⅔ whipped cream and mixed berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
